Contractors Training & Discussion Workshop
As the diversity and complexity of different delivery models grows within the public sector so too does the risk exposure to the public body. The challenges of inadequate limits of indemnity, poorly constructed contracts can all come back to the insured. In recognising this growing area RMP have developed a workshop aimed at different professionals within the public body from legal, insurance, and procurement teams through to project managers.
The one hour workshop is aimed at raising an awareness of the issues, explaining some of the challenges which can arise with worked examples and claims, and offering some reassurance and confidence to those on the front line responsible for contract negotiations and letting.
The tailored workshop is also an opportunity for the public body to ask questions and raise different scenarios.
Delivered in conjunction with your insurance advisor who can provide an overview of the current challenges in the insurance market.
