Post the 2015 changes RMP produced a guide to procurement and risk management, which at the time was very well received. Following a number of potential claims/events submitted to us in 2021 we felt it was an opportune time to revisit and refresh the document, especially given there are further changes on the horizon. To add a new dimension to the document we took the opportunity to partner with Clyde Solicitors and allowing us to bring their much noted expertise to the subject, for which we are extremely grateful.
Procurement risk management, and in particular procurement claims, are never easy and therefore it is our intention in conjunction with Clyde to hold a webinar on very topic in the coming months and we will make sure we keep you posted.
